2025춘하 패션 경향을 한발 앞서 볼 수 있는 ‘2025 S/S 서울패션위크’가 지난 9월 3일부터 7일까지 5일간 동대문디자인플라자(DDP)와 DDP와 성수, 청담, 한남동 일대에서 성황리에 끝내고 폐막했다.
5일간 DDP 아트홀 1관(14회), 2관(7회)에서 런웨이에 오른 2025 S/S 서울패션위크 주요 브랜드들의 컬렉션을 소개한다.

브랜드 컨셉
곽현주 컬렉션은 'Good Sense’를 가진 여성과 남성의 패션과 문화가 함께하는 개념의 브랜드이며 전문직에 종사하며, 패션을 사랑하는 모든 사람들 그 자신만의 컨셉을 다양한 문화와 함께 즐기실 수 있는 디자이너 브랜드이다.
입었을 때 인체적으로 섹시하고 매력있으며, 파워풀한 분위기와 화려한 패턴이 곽현주 컬렉션의 색깔을 명확하게 연출한다.
또한, 크리에이티브 디렉터 곽현주 디자이너의 특별할 것 없는 일상에서 감명받아 제시되는 시즌 컨셉과, 독자적으로 개발하는 시그니처 프린팅 디자인으로 '곽현주 컬렉션’만의 특별함을 보여준다.

Kwak Hyun Joo Collection is a collection of women and men with 'Good Sense’ - who is engaged in a professional and everyone who loves fashion with their own concept and culture.
The seasonal concept, presented by Creative Director Hyeon-Joo Kwak, is inspired by her ordinary daily life.
The signature printing design on her own is added to this, creating the uniqueness of Kwak Hyun Joo Collection.
2025S/S 컨셉:
'Tread'라는 단어의 원래 의미는 '밟는다'는 의미로 자동차에서는 타이어의 바닥접지면을 '트레드'라고 부르며, 그 위에 새겨진 패턴은 미끄럼방지를 위한 것으로, 이것이 타이어의 접지면에 새겨진 무늬를 의미한다.
매년 약3천만개의 폐타이어가 발생하며, 전세계적으로 대략 10억개가 생산된다고 한다.
이렇게 타이어가 쓰임을 다하고 트레드가 마모되어 폐타이어가 어린이놀이터의 완충재, 재생타이어, 신발깔창등 다양한 용도로 재탄생되는 과정이 나비가 주름진 번데기를 거쳐 나비가 되는 과정같이 느껴져 다이나믹, 재탄생, 희망의 메시지를 의상에 담아보고자 했다.
트레드무늬를 블랙으로 시작해 파스텔톤으로 시각화했고, 국내 진주실크소재에 나비와 꽃패턴을 디지털프린팅하여 메세지화 하였다.
또 업사이클데님과 기능성소재를 믹스매치하여 클래식하면서도 스트릿한 트랜디함을 표현했다.
컬러는 블랙 앤 화이트를 기반으로 파스텔컬러를 믹스매치했다.

In addition, upcycle denim and functional materials were mixed and matched to express classic and street trend.
The collar mixes and matches pastel collars based on black and white.
